TORNADO! WHAAAAAAAAAAAT!

Yes, a tornado. Here. Right outside my window. I guess I was *in* it. Impressive amounts of wreckage. I saw a metal gutter, several blankets, a garbage can and god knows what else fly through the air. The ceiling lamps in our lobby shattered. The glass dome in our rotunda shattered. The windows in Caleb's building got sucked out. Paper's web site says the Capitol roof and the Georgia Dome (!) were hit. WTF?! There are alarms and sirens going off everywhere. More later.

funny thing, i had it on 750 for a second to see what was going on. they said the roof had partially came off and stuff was falling from the ceiling - but it was only a "severe weather" alert nothing to be worried about. after all "we don't want 35,000 people heading for the doors, maybe they should just go to the concorse where it is safer".

WTF is going on this fucking winter?? Tornadoes all over the damn place, flu bugs that won't go away . . . ARGH!

It is CRAZY here. Turn on CNN NOW! This story HIT CNN Center! It is so weird, I'm watching it and they're talking about two blocks from here.
