What's the first thing you ever wrote that you still have?
I have almost everything in a box. One of the earliest things I have is a card I made for my grandmother that has a poem about how she makes the flowers bloom, she's so wonderful.

Yes. Almost always depressing, dark stuff.
Favourite genre of writing?
I love reading weird fantasy and science fiction. For my own writing, I write mainly the same, but I do a lot of non-fition writing as well.
Most fun character you ever wrote?
Lisia in Breeding Disconent. "Fun" in terms of developing him into a "real person" with Bridgette.
Most annoying character you ever wrote?
Probably that doctor in Breeding Discontent, Tiahaar Botbek or whatever.
Best plot you ever wrote?
Hard to say. I will say I sometimes like the simplest the best, like the one where the vampire wakes up under a WWI battlefield.
Coolest plot twist you ever wrote?
Also hard to say -- I've done lots of twists.
How often do you get writer's block?
Not often. Either I'm writing or not. I don't ever sit there in front of a blank page unable to write.
How do you fix it?
I write when I'm ready.

Type. The only time I write it out is if I'm on the go and just want to scribble down dialog or ideas or something.

Yes. Or I take an old story and redo it, like I'm doing with the novella.

I'm very proud of an unpublished (yet) Wraeththu Story I wrote called "Something's Coming" about an autistic boy who gets turned Wraeththu.

Probably Breeding Discontent, as lots of people have bought the book and read it. Online, Trivia, a VC "novel" I wrote with almostnever.

It really depends; I don't have a "typical" setting.

How many writing projects are you working on right now?
My own writing, I'm editing a new Wraeththu novella of mine. There's another Wraehthu novella I have planned but not written. I also have an original SF novel I've been working on for 3 years or so. And I have a whole list of short story ideas. In addition, I'm editing several books.

Of course. Unlikely that would ever be my SOLE income, however! I do make some money on it already now though.

Many times, as I was a journalism major and have worked for newspaper and mags. I also edit an online zine.

Yes, both play scripts and lots and lots of scripts/screenplays for TV shows, videos, etc.

Fuck and shit maybe. LOL. Erm... not sure otherwise. I love words though.

Everywhere, including friends, famous people, people I just make up in my head.

Yes. I always have music on when I write. It has to be a certain kind, however, which depends on what I'm writing.
