Driving - pics and movie

Just to make my claims more convincing, here are some pictures (and a movie) of me driving Sunday.

This is the sort of road I "warmed up" on. Went about 5 miles. It's in Emanuel County.

Most people's driving doesn't warrant documentary treatment, but mine does :)

Interview with Star-Ledger

Just finished a one-hour phone interview with a reporter from the Star-Ledger (New Jersey paper) doing a story on fan fiction. It was a great interview. The reporter was NOT a patronizing dweeb! It was a very in depth discussion, with the reporter asking a lot of perceptive questions. Anyway, she said she'd let me know when the article comes out and give me a link, at which time I'll be sure to post it here!

Oh, and thanks to murnkay for giving me the hook-up on this.

Everybody's doin' it, so why can't I?

I keep seeing this one and although at first I thought, "I could never do that," I've given it some thought.

So here is my list, edited so it contains only LIVING celebs.

Name ten celebrities you find attractive and tag five friends.

1) Johnny Depp
2) Jude Law
3) Judy Davis
4) David Gahan
5) Catherine Deneuve
6) Christina Ricci
7) Adrien Brody
8) Russell Crowe (goes way against type for me but...)
9) Angelina Jolie
10) Billy Boyd

Except for Russell Crowe, I'd say all of them are notable for delicate features and very expressive eyes. Crowe gets to me on some kind of primal, manly-man type of level that usually has 0% effect on me. I just know in Gladiator and Master and Commander, I was just like, "Whoah, he is a STUD!"

Now out of all time celebs, my top pick is Greta Garbo. Because there is just nobody more magnetically hot that that.

Sexual Orientation

This was a pretty good survey really!

Collapse )

I pretty much have zero preference of women over men or men over women. It's not "all the same" to me, since I think men and women do have special unique offerings, but I am really totally open to either. I think of all people on pretty much the same level and am equally shy about relations with all of them! It's hard for me to wrap my mind around what it must be like to be "totally" gay or straight, because it implies a strong prefence I just don't have wired into me. People are beautiful and attractive (and ugly and gross) across the board, so why would you not be interested in one or the other? I understand and accept that's how it is, but I don't feel that at all myself. It's like only liking strawberry ice cream and not chocolate (or... snails and not oysters, he he) -- I mean, it's all good! LOL
