Owww....

Tonight was my first session at the Weight Loss Boot Camp I signed up for at the gym. It was really great, but/and it kicked my ASS. I got home around 7:30 and immediately dropped onto the bed and fell asleep. Now that I'm up, I hurt all over -- fingernails, hair, everything. Some of the stuff the trainer had us doing -- stuff from Hell, I swear. However, I and the other four women in the group made it through and I think all of us are looking forward to the rest of the program, which runs for a month. The trainer is very good, using positive reinforcement and other motivation tricks to keep us going even when we wanted to quit. But ow! am I sore.

OK, maybe the stupid ISN'T an act!

Since I can't go a day without pointing to some article related to Bush and his devilry, here's one for today. This is priceless!

The Ugly Truth About the President
By Cenk Uygur, HuffingtonPost.co
The transcript of the President's latest mishap with a microphone reveals the undeniable fact that Bush is an imbecile.

And this isn't about the whole "sh*t" thing or the Angela Merkel thing. The crux of it is this bit of conversation from the G-8 summit:

The camera is focused elsewhere and it is not clear whom Bush is talking to, but possibly Chinese President Hu Jintao, a guest at the summit.

Bush: "Gotta go home. Got something to do tonight. Go to the airport, get on the airplane and go home. How about you? Where are you going? Home?

Bush: "This is your neighborhood. It doesn't take you long to get home. How long does it take you to get home?"

Reply is inaudible.

Bush: "Eight hours? Me too. Russia's a big country and you're a big country."

At this point, the president seems to bring someone else into the conversation.

Bush: "It takes him eight hours to fly home."

He turns his attention to a server.

Bush: "No, Diet Coke, Diet Coke."

He turns back to whomever he was talking with.

Bush: "It takes him eight hours to fly home. Eight hours. Russia's big and so is China."
