Vegie Cat

So within the past hour, the four-legged freak jumped up on the windowsill three or four times and messed around with one of my plants. It's some sort of vine, something like an herb (nothing dangerous to cats), and it's a bit dried out right now, but apparently it appears to the freak.

"Stop messed with that!" I said finally. She stopped. So I got up, went to the fridge, and got a piece of raw spinach. I waved it at her like a cat treat. "Lookie!"

She jumped down to the floor to see. I put the greens on the windowsill and she got on her hind legs and nabbed one. And ate it. Then she jumped up and attacked the second one, pawing it down to the floor. Then she ran off, to plot her attack.

So apparently cats hunt... spinach?!

New web site: Forrest Briggs

Finished a new web site. If you like photography or if you're partial to travel photos a la National Geographic, check out:

Forrest Briggs

The current feature gallery is MYANMAR, by the way. Forrest traveled there a while back and got a ton of photos of the Burmese people.

Most of the design idea came from Forrest, who had a definite idea of the look and functionality. I really like it.
