Thinking

Puggy Poo

Went over to Caleb's around 1:15 tonight, to check on the cats -- his AND Daniel's, since Daniel is temporarily living over there (home repairs) and they are both out of town. They were getting along OK, which is more than I guess can be said when Caleb and Daniel are actually *there*. Sofie growls at lot at the younger girls, Lulu plays around with Phoebe, Phoebe is pokey, and Pugsley (biggest and oldest) finds a spot and observes. If any cats get close, he makes grumpy sounds. See below.

Meanwhile I am leaving town in like 7-8 hours, but I'm still awake and not finished packing. Argh. I blame Harry Potter entirely, since I read a couple chapters tonight instead of taking care of business. Had to do dishes, take care of litter box, clean piggies' cage, prep all the animals' food, do the garbage... But I think it's almost done and I will indeed be going to bed soon-ish.

Writer's Block: Comedians as Journalists

Distrust of the media has grown to the point where many people only trust the news if it comes from a comedian. Who do you trust more: Stephen Colbert or Jon Stewart?

Jon Stewart. Although it's not a trust issue. I just don't find Stephen Colbert very funny. I'm more baffled by him than anything. He and David Sedaris kind of just fall flat to me.
